Q: How do I enquire or book a Christmas party at the Forest Road Taproom?
Email bookings@forestroad.co.uk with your preferred date/time, guest count, space (Greenhouse or Taproom) and any food/AV needs. We’ll reply with availability, minimum spend and a quote.
Q: Is there a private bar fee or minimum spend?
Yes. We charge a £200 private bar fee, which covers staffing and running the bar. A minimum spend also applies and varies by date, time and group size — we’ll confirm the figure when you enquire.
Q: What’s the capacity and what spaces can we use?
The Greenhouse holds up to 100 guests with flexible layouts for seated or standing events. Reserved areas in the main taproom are available for smaller groups.
Q: Do you offer Christmas food packages?
Yes, we partner with Tako for group-friendly packages (tacos, wings, vegetarian and vegan options). We can arrange pre-orders or order-on-the-night service. Menu here
Q: What drinks options are available?
We can set up a bar tab, pre-order packages, or pay-as-you-go. Our team can recommend options to suit your budget.
Q: What facilities do you have for parties?
Private bar, projector & big screen, DJ booth & sound system, microphone for speeches, pool tables, heated covered terrace, and flexible layouts. Tell us what you need and we’ll set it up.
Q: How late can our event run?
We hold a late licence. Exact finish times depend on the date and booking — we’ll confirm when you enquire.
Q: Do you take a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance/settlement confirmed in your booking agreement.
